<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Project Manager/Leader - Senior</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Toronto, ON</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Contract</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager/Project Lead to support a major digital health interoperability initiative. This role involves coordinating complex stakeholder engagements, supporting standards implementation, and ensuring key project deliverables are met within a highly collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Must haves:</strong></p><p><strong>7+ years of experience applying Project Management principles</strong> to lead and deliver electronic health-related projects, including deployment of clinical software systems; strong expertise in defining project goals, managing risks and scope, clarifying participant roles, and overseeing planning and quality management activities.</p><p><strong>7+ years of demonstrated excellence in communication</strong> (both verbal and written) with proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across clinical, technical, and administrative groups.</p><p><strong>7+ years of experience in vendor management</strong>, balancing competing priorities while maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment to expectations, and holding partners accountable for delivering project outcomes on time and within scope.</p><p><strong>7+ years of experience managing tight deadlines</strong> with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent progress toward milestones.</p>
