<p>The Navigator, the Senior Project Manager, charts the course from concept to completion. You own the details others miss — contracts, consultants, costs, schedules — and steer projects through complexity while keeping the destination in sight. You use spreadsheets as a compass to guide bold decisions, thrive in the tension between vision and execution, and ensure everyone stays informed by driving communication between the field and the office.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Own</h3>
<ul>
<li>Project Leadership (Ownership): Drive delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.</li>
<li>Consultant & Design Team Oversight (Collaboration): Manage architects, engineers, and third-party consultants, ensuring designs align with budgets and construction realities.</li>
<li>Budget & Forecast Discipline (Create Value): Own the numbers. Track costs, control change orders, and ensure financial accuracy in every report.</li>
<li>Schedule Mastery (Ingenuity): Develop and manage master project schedules. Anticipate bottlenecks, implement recovery strategies, and hold all parties accountable.</li>
<li>Contract & Risk Management (Trust): Negotiate, execute, and enforce contracts with GC,s, trades, and consultants. Proactively identify risks and create mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Executive Communication (Boldness): Report directly to senior leadership with clarity, candor, and confidence — translate between the field and the office to ensure alignment.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Alignment (Collaboration): Partner with development, construction, and operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from concept through lease-up.</li>
<li>Team Leadership (Trust): Guide and lead your team to high-performance execution through clear communication, setting expectations, empowering a solution-driven mindset, and a drive for results.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of project management experience in multifamily/apartment or mixed-use developments.</li>
<li>Proven success managing consultants, contracts, and budgets on projects $50M+ in scale.</li>
<li>Expertise in pro forma analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Mastery of scheduling tools and techniques; ability to anticipate risks and build recovery plans.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills — able to manage up, down, and across with influence and authority.</li>
