Position Overview


We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial/residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in Ontario.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
