Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex commercial/residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Mentor and guide junior project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in Ontario.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in construction.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
