With a strong reputation for quality builds and collaborative project delivery, they are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> to oversee complex projects and play a key leadership role in their continued growth.</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of ICI construction, and proven experience managing large-scale projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of ICI construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.</p></li><li><p>Manage project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the preparation and administration of project schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all job sites.</p></li><li><p>Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve project issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with estimating and pre-construction teams during project pursuit and award.</p></li><li><p>Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers, Coordinators, and Site Superintendents.</p></li><li><p>Drive value engineering, innovative solutions, and best practices to achieve project and client success.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>10+ years of progressive project management experience in the ICI construction industry.</p></li><li><p>Proven success delivering projects $10M+ in size, ideally within institutional or commercial sectors.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project management methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead diverse project teams and foster collaboration across stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.</p></li><li><p>PMP designation, Gold Seal Certification, or equivalent credentials considered an asset.</p></li></ul></p></p>
