As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Finance with 15+ years of experience, including strong expertise in leading high-impact financial initiatives across our client base.
In this senior-level role, you will oversee complex finance projects that involve system implementations, compliance, financial process optimization, and vendor coordination.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery while managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can bridge the gap between finance, technology, and operations.
- Lead large-scale financial projects such as ERP implementations, finance system upgrades, compliance programs, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Own the full lifecycle of vendor engagement-from selection and contracting to performance monitoring and relationship management.
- Oversee RFP processes and contract negotiations in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
- Ensure vendors deliver on time, meet agreed-upon SLAs, and adhere to project and compliance requirements.
- Align project goals with broader business objectives and communicate progress to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks (especially vendor-related), develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, legal, and procurement teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
