</ul>
<h3>Position Summary</h3>
<p>The Digital Project Management Office (PMO) team plans and implements key strategic Digital programs and projects to deliver outcomes benefiting UHN and the health system. We apply best practices for managing projects, change, and risk to ensure high‑quality deliverables, effective coordination of resources, and transparent progress reporting. Members of the PMO work in close partnership with a broad range of stakeholders, bringing the right teams together to streamline the demand, end‑to‑end delivery, and operational services in order to mobilize change and achieve value.</p>
<p>An exciting opportunity is available to showcase your talents as a Senior Project Analyst supporting the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (PMCF) Corporate Priorities portfolio. This position will deliver solutions that are data‑driven, bring value to our stakeholders, and achieve UHN’s business objectives.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with lottery operations, marketing, finance, data & analytics, technical and project management teams to understand program goals and translate them into digital requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze business requirements, problems, opportunities, and solution scope.</li>
<li>Facilitate process and design workshops with multidisciplinary groups to identify, validate, and document business requirements.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.</li>
<li>Develop requirements documentation, and user stories for digital initiatives such as a best‑in‑class lottery e‑commerce project.</li>
<li>Coordinate system design, build, testing and training activities.</li>
<li>Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.</li>
<li>Design data collection processes, collect and analyze data.</li>
<li>Apply rigorous project management techniques to assist in the management and creation of project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, action items and agendas.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of project definition and scope with key business and technology stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.</li>
<li>Develop adequate level of knowledge of the subject matter and digital systems being implemented to effectively move projects forward.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics or Administration, Technology, Science, Business, or related field required.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of Project Management, Business Process/Analysis, and Data Analysis experience or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of project management standards (project planning, implementation, evaluation, risk assessment, benefits realization) required.</li>
<li>Experience leading project workstreams or small projects independently, and either supervising or influencing project team members required.</li>
<li>Experience developing/coordinating the development of business requirements.</li>
<li>Experience in leading and conducting workflow mapping and analysis.</li>
<li>Experience delivering training and end‑user support.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating/leading application testing.</li>
<li>Experience with Blackbaud CRM, Shopify e‑commerce, Netsuite ERP solutions, and Power BI is a plus.</li>
<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or Change Management certification an asset.</li>
<li>Familiarity with healthcare information systems, interfaces, HL7, ITIL, data centre, network infrastructure, and/or enterprise architecture an asset.</li>
