  • Set up environments for integration testing to gain hands-on experience and identify opportunities to simplify our customers’ environments.
  • Identify competitive differentiators and market trends to inform product strategy, positioning, and identify new threats.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on competitive positioning and strategies.
  • Build and maintain competitive assets, such as battlecards, whitepapers, presentations, and playbooks to enable field teams.
  • Deliver training for product and field teams covering topics such as strategy, competitor products, and market trends.
  • Contribute to and help maintain our database of competitor information.
  • Contribute to a monthly newsletter that highlights developments and trends in our market.
  • Up to 25% travel for customer visits, internal and external conferences.

  • Hands-on experience setting up and configuring client devices in Microsoft environments on multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, Linux, iOS, Android), including experience with virtualization.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with limited oversight.
