<p><b>Senior Power BI developer – 2 openings</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>• Design, develop, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.</p><p>• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful visual stories and analytical insights.</p><p>• Apply advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling techniques to ensure efficient data refresh and query performance.</p><p>• Create custom visuals and implement UX best practices to deliver intuitive, aesthetic, and insight-driven dashboards.</p><p>• Optimize existing reports using performance tuning techniques, aggregations, and data model simplification.</p><p>• Work closely with data engineers to design efficient semantic models and ensure data accuracy and consistency.</p><p>• Develop reusable templates, themes, and components to standardize reporting across teams.</p><p>• Proactively identify visualization improvements and introduce “tricks of the trade” to elevate the Power BI experience for end users.</p><p>• Engage directly with clients and business users, presenting deliverables, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Desired Skills and Experience:</b></p><p>•<b>10+ years </b>of experience developing enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.</p><p>• Deep understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.</p><p>• Strong grasp of UX principles and experience designing custom visuals or integrating third-party visuals.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, Workspaces, Row-Level Security, and deployment pipelines.</p><p>• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with business users.</p><p>• Exposure to Azure data ecosystem (Synapse, ADF, Databricks) is a plus.</p>
