What your day-to-day will look like: Set Capital strategy for the Company including capital planning, which will inform ClearCo’s growth path Instrumental partner in sourcing and acquiring new debt investors Own and supervise all debt management, and ensure accurate reporting Provide insights on market activity and present them to management team Develop and maintain a positive image within investor community Own medium and long term covenant and cash forecasting Work closely with FP&A, Credit, GTM, Product and other internal stakeholders You will thrive if you have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics or related fields 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, credit/structuring, etc. Extensive experience dealing with investors and negotiating transactions A large network within the investor community and can leverage existing relationships to accelerate the fundraising process Very strong communication skills and a track record of developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of cash flow modeling and metrics for companies in the fintech industry An entrepreneurial mindset with a client-minded focus The ability to deliver results independently and while working with a team Stellar time management and organizational skills – you can prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment A strong attention-to-detail and numerical accuracy – you take pride in knowing all the details and are obsessed with accuracy Strong financial acumen, possess and able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and numerical skills What we offer: Working with a passionate and supportive team, and finding a sense of belonging in the Clearcrew Competitive salaries plus comprehensive medical, and dental insurance A tech stipend to create your ideal work-from-home environment Mental health support and professional development opportunities in a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and transparency The chance to participate in high-impact work at a mission driven organization Clearco is an equal opportunity employer.
