As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation:

You will report to the VP, Transformation, and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and advancement of key initiatives and programs to modernize and transform our distribution strategy and network by supporting key focuses including:

Development of emerging delivery models and refinement of existing propositions to provide advice at scale, Digitization and innovation to improve experiences and operating efficiency through enabling technologies and processes, Integration of our lines of business The position will support the VP, Transformation, team partners and Senior business leaders in key activities related to program and roadmap development, implementation, and execution. This includes research and analysis, problem and opportunity identification, solution option design, business casing, planning and strategic program delivery. The position will also help develop executive and board-level communications and business plans, where required. Working closely with Senior leaders across the enterprise, the Senior Manager will have a pulse on various initiatives planned and in-flight, as well as industry trends, to effectively inform stakeholder engagement, sequencing, and prioritization of retail-wealth distribution activities and change management plans. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation will be the Sr. Business Transformation Consultant. The Senior Manager will oversee the initiatives of the Sr. Business Transformation Consultant, guiding their contributions and their ongoing growth. The Senior Manager will also lead business and cross-functional partners involved in planning and delivery of initiatives. What you will do: Program and Initiative Development and Business Casing

Collaborate with various stakeholders to refine the retail-wealth vision and deliver transformational programs. Translate strategic issues into problem statements, leveraging research to identify root causes, opportunities, and solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to facilitate decision-making among senior leaders. Break down business goals to identify opportunities and establish roadmaps. Stay informed on market trends and developments to guide strategic decisions. Bring innovative ideas and practical approaches, supporting business leadership in obtaining buy-in. Maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand developments and needs. Identify opportunities for efficiency and integration within lines of business. Develop KPIs before launching programs and ensure timely reporting. Participate in strategic analysis and business casing requests across Retail and Wealth. Oversee large strategies and projects impacting Retail or Wealth. Program and Initiative Delivery

Define scope and approaches for initiatives, developing plans for delivery. Lead facilitation of working sessions for program development and solutioning. Execute plans and lead work streams, ensuring successful implementation. Manage metrics, revenues, and costs to optimize ROI. Adapt and reprioritize to meet objectives while ensuring timely delivery. Engage regional and functional leaders in change management and communication. Support program progress as a key business contact for EPMO teams. Business Planning, Reporting, and Support

Prepare and present updates and facilitate discussions on findings and next steps. Partner with EPMO and Strategy teams to communicate progress. Develop executive materials, performance reports, and research analyses. Support annual business and project planning, aligning objectives and roadmaps. Communicate implications of strategic decisions and initiatives to stakeholders. How you will succeed:

Minimum 5 years of transformation development/delivery or consulting experience solving complex problems. At least 3 years within a Financial Services firm, understanding front-line, back-office, and digital processes. Strong business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills. Creative, passionate about member and advisor experience, and industry trends. Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional. Experience in program planning and stakeholder management. Skilled in facilitating workshops and meetings. Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Resourceful, quick learner, results-oriented, and able to handle ambiguity. University degree; graduate business degree and certifications are assets. Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office. Join us!
