<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Hammehr invites applications for the role of Senior M365 Consultant (Modern Productivity) on behalf of our client for a full-time permanent opportunity. In six months, success means running projects independently, delivering SharePoint migrations, and helping close the current Power Apps gap. The company focuses on modernizing Microsoft environments so clients can stop struggling with permissions, audits, and outdated tools. Work here feels autonomous and consultative, with occasional stretch of competing priorities.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Join client calls most mornings to scope needs, uncover pain points, and guide longer-term solutions</li><li>Handle SharePoint migrations, from on-prem or third party into cloud, end to end, while backing up teammates when escalations land</li><li>Maintain and update Power Apps for existing clients while building new ones when needed</li><li>Run training sessions for groups of 20–50 users across business and IT</li><li>Document environments so clients can maintain their own solutions and carry best practices forward</li><li>Estimate hours against actuals and adjust before scope slips</li><li>Balance four to six projects at once, ranging from short discoveries to multi-hundred-hour builds</li><li>Occasionally switch hats into sales support or ongoing managed services, including monthly reporting and care at scale</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p><b>Base pay range</b>: CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr</p><h3>Position and Work Environment</h3><p><b>Position:</b> Permanent</p><p><b>Work environment:</b> Remote</p><p><b>Location:</b> Alberta or British Columbia</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Deep SharePoint administration and migration experience, delivering stable builds across legacy and cloud, validated through technical interview and project walk-through</li><li>Power Apps proficiency with real project use, clearing backlog and adapting to client requests, assessed via scenario discussion and portfolio review</li><li>Strong PowerShell (PnP) skills, automating deployments and governance reliably, evaluated through a short scripting challenge or equivalent proof</li><li>5+ years client-facing consulting or equivalent proof via work sample, guiding discovery and training sessions effectively, observed in structured role-play with stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Nice to have.
