<p><h3>Senior Labour Relations Consultant (bilingual)</h3><p>Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>You're a strategic thinker and you're comfortable with wearing many hats: part consultant, part coach, part driver. You are ready to tackle challenging, varied and fast-paced deliverables. You will work closely with leaders across various segments of the operations to drive meaningful changes to our business. You will collaborate with many stakeholders across the company to achieve your goals: with the leaders you support, with the P&C teams within TELUS and with many other peripheral teams. Your knowledge and expertise will be critical as you work to influence important changes within our business.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Be an expert advisor with expertise in interpreting, negotiating, and administering collective agreement provisions</li><li>Present and facilitate effectively; exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must</li><li>Provide day-to-day risk assessment to client groups and influence appropriately with respect to labour relations activities and issues</li><li>Work in a dynamic environment that requires teamwork and collaboration</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>What you bring</h3><ul><li>Bilingualism (English/French) is a requirement.
