We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and<br>highly motivated Senior Inside Sales Representative working from our Dartmouth,<br>NS location. </p><p>As a key<br>member of the branch, the Senior Inside Sales Representative provides expert<br>product knowledge, leadership, and customer service to drive sales and support<br>both customers and team members. This role is ideal for a sales professional<br>with strong wholesale experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and<br>enjoys mentoring others while managing high-value customer relationships.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>· <br>Provide<br>expert product knowledge and solutions for HVAC/R customers and complex<br>accounts.</p><p>· <br>Consistently<br>exceed sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.</p><p>· <br>Develop<br>and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.</p><p>· <br>Follow<br>up with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc. </p><p>· <br>Handle<br>escalated or high-value sales opportunities and customer inquiries.</p><p>· <br>Ensure<br>accurate and efficient order entry, pricing, and follow-up.</p><p>· <br>Collaborate<br>with the outside sales team to generate accurate quotes, process and monitor<br>customer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support</p><p>· <br>Advanced<br>computer proficiency with experience using sales, inventory, and customer<br>management software.</p><p>· <br>Participate<br>in training and development programs and assist with onboarding and mentoring<br>new employees.</p><p><b>What you<br>bring to the team:</b></p><p>· <br>Previous<br>wholesale Inside Sales experience and strong HVAC/R product knowledge are<br>required</p><p>· <br>Must<br>possess intermediate computer skills</p><p>· <br>Must<br>demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry</p><p>· <br>Ensure<br>accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork</p><p>· <br>Adhere<br>to safe and efficient work practices</p><p>· <br>Maintain<br>diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs</p><p>· <br>Exhibit<br>a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their business</p><p>· <br>Willingness<br>to participate in both technical and professional training</p><p>· <br>Must<br>maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude</p><p><b>What you<br>can look forward to when you join our team:</b></p><p>· <br>Health,<br>Dental and Vision benefits</p><p>· <br>Additional<br>life and disability insurance options</p><p>· <br>Paid<br>Vacation Time</p><p>· <br>Company<br>Matched Retirement Savings Plan (RPP)</p><p>· <br>Access<br>to the confidential Employee Family Assistance Program</p><p>· <br>Employee<br>Referral Program</p><p>· <br>Ongoing<br>learning and leadership development opportunities </p><p>At<br>Kerr Controls Ltd., we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed<br>to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
