Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Under the supervision of the Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will develop and implement a standardized financial process and will act as an expert in its field of responsibility. Job Responsibilities Perform month-end activities on a tight schedule. Prepare JE entries with proper documentation and backups. Preparing monthly reports and participating in monthly presentations.
Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Participate in Budget and forecast preparations. Work in collaboration with different stakeholders such as shared services center and business units and ensure good communication. Engage in skills development of other members of the finance team (coaching, training) Travelling to multiple plant sites to enhance business partnerships.
Experiences and strengths Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in similar positions; Fluency in English (spoken and written), French is an asset; Mastery of the office suite and advanced mastery of Excel; Experience with SAP, Database, Power BI (not required but preferred) In-depth analysis capability Sense of organization and efficiency; Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to develop a trusting relationship and be a good communicator of ideas.
