We are searching for an Industrial Construction Estimator to join our team. Do you want? * A competitive salary * A progressive career development plan * Comprehensive health benefits package * To be part of a growing organization delivering quality projects that will make you proud to say, “We built that!” * A fun environment with corporate events, parties, and team building activities Can you? * Prepare and coordinate full-cost estimates for industrial projects including insulation and cladding * Analyze blueprints, drawings, including P&ID and ISO drawings to accurately prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates * Effectively communicate with clients and participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project scope * Collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure the vision of our projects is maintained * Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Do you have? * 3-5+ years estimating experience * Journeyman Insulator ticket or hands on industrial construction experience is an asset * Mechanical Engineering Diploma is an asset * Ability to travel to site as required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs</p></p>
