Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of ecommerce across our brands. This is a high-impact role:

  • Over 90% of company revenue flows through our ecommerce websites
  • You will directly influence the experience of 15,000+ online customers every year
  • You will oversee and optimize the journey behind 500,000+ online orders annually, shipped across Canada and the United States.

In this role, you will not only optimize key metrics like conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase rates — you will shape the digital engine that powers our business. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, design, and content teams to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end to end digital processes from account creation, purchase to post-sale
  • Own ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), repeat purchase rate, and average annual spend
  • Develop and execute strategies to:
    • Increase conversion and average order value
    • Launch and manage cross-sell and upsell campaigns
  • Collaborate with teams such as marketing and development teams to enhance the customer journey and optimize onsite experience.
  • Manage integrations with Salesforce, Magento, Klaviyo, and other ecommerce tools to improve efficiency and performance tracking.
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present ecommerce performance reports to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management (B2B or B2C)
  • Proven ability to grow online revenue through conversion optimization, AOV lifts, and retention programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using ecommerce analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development resources.
  • Experience with Magento, Salesforce, and Klaviyo is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
