Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$146,701 – $198,479

Lending and leadership expertise needed
Lead and manage an assigned district with highly complex, sophisticated market conditions and credit portfolios. Accountable for the overall success of the district office, you’ll manage relationships with stakeholders and be a champion of corporate initiatives.

What you’ll do:
Lead a high-performing operations sales team
Coach staff on executing our relationship management process
Provide strategic direction, including marketing strategies, for the district
Encourage and support continuous improvement and optimization of processes and decision-making
Oversee compliance issues in collaboration with district leadership team
Regularly review revenue, expenditures and budget requirements

What you’ll need:
An undergraduate degree in agricultural finance, business or commerce and at least 10 years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
