Your Role at a Glance:

As the

Senior Director of Sales , your mission is to expand the organization’s impact across the Ontario healthcare landscape. You will: Set the course:

Design and implement high-impact sales and revenue growth strategies tailored to the Ontario market

Lead with purpose:

Cultivate and guide a high-performing sales team, championing ongoing learning and talent development

Champion customer success:

Use data and insights to enhance the client experience and offer tailored, forward-thinking solutions

Push the envelope:

Analyze trends and identify new opportunities for introducing leading-edge products and services

What You Bring to the Table:

A decade of leadership:

10+ years in progressive sales leadership roles within homecare or healthcare environments in Ontario

Strong academic foundation:

Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced science degree is an asset

Skills that move the needle:

Strategic mindset, persuasive communication, and a passion for results

Inspirational leadership:

A track record of building winning teams, driving performance, and developing long-term customer partnerships

Work eligibility:
