We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of our infrastructure strategy, automation pipelines, and system reliability. You’ll drive DevOps best practices and collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong technical background in modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Deploy and maintain critical applications on cloud-native microservices architecture
- Familiar with migration and tech stack upgrades in AWS
- Improve system observability, monitoring, and incident response.
- Partner with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and high availability.
- Implement security best practices, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance enforcement.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to optimize performance, scalability, and automation.
- Define SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for critical services and ensure reliability goals are met.
- Pager duty and on call support for 2 weeks per month
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Strong experience AWS cloud platform - IAM, EC2, EKS, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda
- Experience maintaining and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
- Experience implementing CI/CD using tools like GitHub Actions
- Operational (e.g. HA/Backups) and NoSQL experience (e.g. DynamoDB, Redis
- Proficiency in scripting or programming language in Python
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code – IaC - using Terraform, Pulumi
- Experience with security practices, compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
