As an implementation services and team lead, working closely with our Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) team, you’ll onboard and support clients through full-cycle payroll implementations for supported vendor solutions. We embrace a work-from-office culture; you will be required to work in the office 5 days per week. Performance Expectations

Implement business management platforms such as Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Deliver business management platform implementations, including strategic planning and process improvements. Assist clients in data gathering and conversion for payroll systems. Review and redesign HR and Payroll programs to meet workforce needs. Configure supported solutions to meet client needs. Provide support and consultation on supported solutions. Manage implementation financials, including budgets and billing. Coordinate client engagements, including planning and scheduling. Conduct needs assessments, research, and data analysis. Collaborate with clients to discuss roles, risks, and deadlines. Understand client business and risks to think strategically. Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships. Review work for accuracy, provide feedback, and monitor project timelines. Develop understanding of MNP’s services and industry. Engage in networking and community activities to promote MNP and seek new business opportunities. Contribute ideas to improve work processes and utilize internal systems effectively. Credentials

University degree or college diploma in relevant discipline. Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably in a client-service environment. Accounting designation is an asset. Experience with Human Capital Management and Payroll services required. Experience with project diagnosis, solution development, client communication, and team leadership. Experience with business management systems like Microsoft Business Central, Sage Intacct, Ceridian, ADP is an asset. Some travel may be required. MyRewards@MNP
