Senior Lead Clinical Data Manager | CRO - FSP | Remote – Canada | Permanent |

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data management services across complex, multi-study projects.
  • Serve as primary client partner, ensuring quality, precision, and on-time execution.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, database lock, and close-out.
  • Develop Data Management Plans (DMPs) and ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulations.
  • Drive quality oversight, issue management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support business growth through RFPs, bid defenses, and tailored solutions.


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s in life sciences, health, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years in Clinical Data Management, including 5+ leading projects.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
