<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Our Government Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis for large and complex I&IT initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, model processes, and deliver technology solutions that meet organizational goals.</p>

<p><b>Job Location :</b> Toronto, ON / Hybrid</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<p>You will gather and document requirements, perform gap analysis on system upgrades, model future-state processes, and ensure alignment with business and ministry policies. This includes monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and preparing clear documentation for decision-makers. You will act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring requirements are implemented successfully while transferring knowledge to OPS staff.</p>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<li>Experience leading and conducting business analysis at varying levels of detail to assess problems and opportunities, documenting actionable requirements.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.</li>
<li>Expertise in business modeling, data modeling, process and data flow modeling, use case modeling , and defining business rules and non-functional requirements.</li>
<li>Strong ability to manage evolving requirements and maintain traceability through implementation.</li>
<li>Experience preparing customer journey maps, process maps, gap analysis, and future state models .</li>
