If you share our values, we would love to have you in our teamFor more information about Casey House, please visit our website.About the OpportunityCasey House is looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team in Toronto, ON, on a full-time basis.Reporting to the Director of Data Strategy & Knowledge (DSK), the Senior Analytics Consultant will be one of two members of Casey House’s brand-new analytics unit within the DSK team. The position will work highly collaboratively with the Insights, Reporting & Visualization Consultant and collaborate, as needed, with other members of the DSK team.The analytics unit will be responsible for the design and implementation of an end-to-end analytics strategy at Casey House. This will include providing recommendations for setting up, operationalizing and sustaining a data and analytics infrastructure at Casey House.

Their goal is to ensure that all stakeholders are able to readily access integrated data and insights across the Casey House data sources.The Senior Analytics Consultant will provide recommendations for and lead the work of setting up and maintaining the data infrastructure needed to support business reporting and analytics. They will role will lead comprehensive data design and mapping to realize an integrated view of our data sources resulting in a single version of organizational truth.More specifically, your responsibilities in this role will entail, but are not restricted to:Leading current state assessments/audit of existing data capture mechanisms from a range of diverse data sources (including paper-based, excel and electronic data sources)Leading the work of consulting stakeholders and proactively understanding needs to set functional specifications for reporting, and providing recommendations for data and analytics governance, integration and insights utilization based on Casey House’s strategic objectivesDeveloping and documenting data models to support reporting for multiple reporting purposes including funder reporting, resourcing, clinical quality improvement and patient centered careSupporting the Director (DSK) in the development of an evaluation and performance measurement framework (EPMF) for Casey House, and leading the alignment of data infrastructure and data models to enable EPMF reportingMaintaining system documentation, and providing end-user training and support.About YouTo qualify for this role, ideally you must have a Graduate degree in Health Informatics, Information Management, or Health Research. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology will also ideally be required. You must also have 3 years of related work experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare environment.
