Senior Analyst, Off-Road Vehicle Sales Planning

We are looking for a Senior Sales Planning Analyst for off-road vehicles to play a key role in influencing sales and market planning. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional and personal development through the realization of various mandates in an innovative and constantly evolving environment.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Pilot sales and market share planning for Can-Am off-road vehicles in North America, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.


  • Oversee the medium- to long-term volume planning process (5-year strategy) in collaboration with the Product Manager and under the supervision of Sales Management.

  • Act as an expert in market performance for the retail off-road vehicle sector: analyze consumer trends, regional dynamics, purchasing behaviours, and the impacts of competitive actions.

  • Create business and strategic analyses intended for executive and governance committees. Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, finance, promotion, and product teams to ensure coherence in recommendations.



  • Actively participate in the creation of the annual budget and provide updated volume projections to support financial and operational planning.

  • Develop, automate, and optimize sales reports and performance tracking tools; conduct in-depth analyses to support decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting processes by proposing innovative methods and data-driven solutions.



YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in administration, economics, finance, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Great attention to detail, a strong sense of logic, and excellent prioritization skills.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.


  • Strong technical skills, especially with Excel.

    Proficiency in analytical tools like SQL and Power BI would be considered an asset, but is not mandatory.

  • Bilingualism is required in both spoken and written French and English.
