This role will play a key part in managing core accounting functions, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Oversee and manage AP and AR processes
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Support ongoing accounting operations and process improvements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of month-end processes, AP, and AR
- Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central (required)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CPA designation or equivalent is an asset
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
