Job Description:
The Senior Accountants responsibilities Include:
Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Performs monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecast.
Analyzes records of monthly transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries.
Reconciles balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
Review invoices for accuracy.
Prepare review bank reconciliation for various accounts.
Ability to train and review the work of accountants and accounting clerks for accuracy.
Other duties may be assigned. TMGCT
Job Requirements: CPA designation or CPA designation in progress
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills a MUST
Advanced knowledge of computer applications/ERP system related to accounting and financial management
Commercial Real Estate industry experiences a strong asset
An understanding of PSF accounting is a huge asset
Quick learner and self motivated who can keep up in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must be detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills Apply
