Your Responsibilities


You will play a crucial role in establishing and managing long-standing client relationships with our banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients. You will be part of our North American Commercial Team and report to the Americas Lead, Key Account Management based in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, among others.
  • Proactively engage, nurture, and grow client relationships in line with the RepRisk Client Journey.
  • Support RepRisk’s position as a leading data-as-a-service provider focused on ESG and business conduct risk, ensuring client satisfaction and a high client retention rate by maintaining strong-quality service standards.
  • Carry out operational and administrative activities throughout the lifecycle of a client relationship.
  • Support business development efforts by working closely with Sales, Client Operations, Products, and Research teams.


You Offer

  • 5+ years of experience working at a financial institution, such as wholesale banking, or selling financial/data solutions to financial institutions; strong understanding of the banking industry and industry trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team player with experience in cross-functional cooperation and working in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically about business and products.
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential; experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Master’s degree and front-office experience are preferred.
