As a 360 Recruiter with us, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process—which means driving business development, managing client accounts, and recruiting top-tier talent. You’ll have the autonomy to develop strategies that work for you and the support to grow your client base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent while expanding your client relationships.
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Leverage ATS tools to track, manage, and report on candidate progress and recruitment efforts.


Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, with expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting.
  • Strong ability to source and place senior-level talent and negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong network of existing industry relationships is preferred.
  • Please be prepared to talk about net new job orders, net new clients, and Business Development related KPIs you were held to at your current or past firms.


We are not a high-volume staffing agency or an RPO service. We’re a specialized agency. If you don’t have experience in 360 recruitment with business development in the SMB space, this may not be the right fit. If you would not thrive on a commission basis, this may not be the right fit. This is a company where capable 360 recruiters will be part of a team with full autonomy and minimal oversight.
