We’re looking for:
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry?. OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Stock In/Security with experience in inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with vehicles, or in a security capacity.
You Will:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner
Ensure site security by maintaining the auction perimeter and verifying proper clearance for personnel and customers, transporters, and supply companies
Responsible for completing vehicle check-in/check-out as per established procedures, using a handheld device
Ensure vehicles are processed with window stickers and GPS transponders
Look up AuctionTrac data for customers, guiding them to where the inventory is located
Must Haves:
1-3 years experience in a Security role is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
A valid Drivers’ license is required
Valid BST license (if required in province)
Basic computer & smartphone skills
Experience working outside in all weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to Haves:
Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions
Bilingual in French/English
