As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team in Toronto. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and in-person meetings.
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation, service delivery, and ongoing customer support.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (security/alarm industry experience is an asset, but not required).
- Excellent communication skills – confident in verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and consultative approach.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Comfortable with face-to-face sales, presentations, and client site visits within the Toronto area.
