Job Summary: 

The Security Manager is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for overseeing a team of security guards, maintenance personnel, and our facilities team.

This role includes policy writing, security auditing, and incident management to ensure the safety and security of our casino operations.



Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide leadership and direction to the security and facilities teams.


·       Manage daily security operations, including incident management and response.

·       Handle employee management tasks, including HR functions, payroll, and scheduling.

·       Oversee security systems, such as surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.


·       Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with all security policies and regulations.

·       Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements (Qualifications & Skills):

·       2-3 years of management experience (experience in security is an asset).

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.


·       Experience in highly regulated environments is an asset.

·       Experience in auditing and policy development is an asset.

 Working Conditions: 

This is a full-time, on-site position at 40 hours per week, with both day and night shifts as required by business needs.

 Compensation and Benefits: 

·       Salary range: $70,000 $75,000

·       Medical benefits package


·       3 weeks paid vacation

·       Relocation assistance negotiable for the right candidate
