Scan Clerk

Our client, a leader in the imaging and document management industry, is seeking a scan clerk to join their team. As an Imaging Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations supporting the document processing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization’s goals.

Job Title: Scan Clerk

Location: Concord, ON

Pay Range: $17.60/hr

Shift: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM (5 Days a week)
What’s the Job?

• Document files and release scanned materials to customers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment as needed.
• Load and operate various types of scanners for document processing.
• Confirm accuracy of scanned documents through quality checks.
• Input data efficiently with a high rate of keystrokes.

What’s Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to various tasks throughout the shift.
