<p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance - Manager or Senior Manager</b></p><p>Join EY as a Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM within EY Technology Consulting to lead SAP PM/EAM initiatives, contribute to sales pursuits, and help grow our business. This role offers variety, responsibility and leadership opportunity.</p><p>We are looking for an individual with experience leading SAP projects and a track record in driving client value in enterprise ERP environments.</p><h3>Your Key Responsibilities</h3><p>As a Manager or Senior Manager - SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients where EY can bring value through the adoption of SAP EAM/PM solutions. Travel to meet client needs is required.</p><ul><li>Project Management: participate in large-scale SAP client engagements; deliver high-quality services within timeframes and budget; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed; manage client expectations; stay current with business and industry trends; interfacing with clients daily as needed.</li></ul><h3>To qualify for the role, you must have</h3><ul><li>Functional proficiency with at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 8 to 12+ years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment (large consulting firm, boutique firm, or internal consulting in industry).</li><li>At least 8+ years of SAP experience implementing SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM), ability to understand client requirements, provide solutions, create functional specifications, and configure the system.</li><li>Experience planning and executing SAP Implementations/Developments/Optimizations for SAP EAM/PM; ability to lead functional teams.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of SAP EAM/PM master data, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, preventive maintenance, scheduling, and refurbishment processes.</li><li>Ability to configure SAP EAM/PM and deliver work products conforming to client standards and requirements.</li><li>Strong SAP EAM/PM knowledge with integrations to Finance and Supply Chain; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management (SAP IAMS), SAP BNAC; familiarity with SAP Field Service Management in S/4HANA is a plus.</li><li>Experience creating proposals and RFP responses for clients.</li></ul><h3>Skills And Attributes For Success</h3><ul><li>Ability to lead a diverse team of consulting and client professionals on multiple projects; foster an innovative, inclusive, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills; interest in integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology.</li><li>Forward-thinking, self-starter with adaptability to learn new knowledge.</li><li>Ability to mentor and lead a team of professionals; contribute to EY SAP practice leadership and career coaching.</li><li>Strong work ethic.</li></ul><h3>Ideally, you’ll also have</h3><ul><li>Prior consulting experience and a track record of driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the C-level of Fortune 500 companies.</li></ul><h3>What We Look For</h3><p>We’re seeking passionate leaders with a strong vision and interest in staying current with trends in Technology Consulting.
