Sanitation Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Workers to join our team in a production warehouse setting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments, ensuring a safe and hygienic space for employees and customers. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall health and safety of our facilities.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean and organized, adhering to established sanitation protocols.
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
