Job Description

<p><b>Senior Salesforce Development Specialist </b></p><p><b>Location: Toronto, ON _Hybrid (2 days/week)</b></p><p><b>Duration: 6+ months </b></p><p><b>Duration of Potential Extension: 6 months</b></p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><p>1. A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in large project management and program management in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations.</p><p>2. Extensive (over 5 years) project management experience delivering cyber projects.</p><p>3. Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods</p><p>associated tools.</p><p>4. Strong IT knowledge and cyber relevance with cyber threats, trends and technologies.</p><p>5. Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out.</p><p>6. Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder (Active status)</p><p>7. 5+ years' experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi , Kafka, RapidMQ with</p><p>understanding of integration patterns.</p><p>8. 5+ years' experience in using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, LWC, Aura</p><p>component, Flows</p><p>9. 5+ years' experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Analytics cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein)</p><p>10. 5+ years' experience in building salesforce native/hybrid mobile app and integrating with salesforce CRM</p><p>11. Ability to work in transformative programs.</p><p>12. Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.</p><p>13. Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients</p><p>14. Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.</p><p>15. Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership and</p><p>vendors.</p>
