Salesforce Application Developer (Hybrid)
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, certified Salesforce Application Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a structured DevOps environment. This role is a critical mix of project-based development, platform maintenance,

- Integration & Data: Implement and support complex integrations using Salesforce APIs (including REST) and ETL processes, especially with connected apps in an aging system landscape (10-12 years old).
- DevOps & Quality: Actively participate in the CI/CD pipeline, utilizing tools like Git and gearset, and manage production releases (which may require occasional after-hours support).
- Team Contribution: Mentor junior developers on Salesforce best practices and contribute to initial system analysis and business understanding with minimal supervision.

- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required.
- Skills: Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a strong command of technical governance and maintenance within Salesforce.
