We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee a multi-state territory and into Canada.
This role requires a proactive, “hunter” mentality with technical knowledge and market intelligence to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in multi-state territory. Utilize your knowledge of polymer resins to address customer needs, provide technical support, and offer solutions.
Leverage your understanding of pricing and negotiation to secure profitable contracts. Provide market intelligence and feedback to guide product and strategy development.
