ZTE Corporation is one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world and is publicly traded in both the Hong Kong and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, with offices in more than 160 countries and a workforce of 70,000 employees globally.</p><p>To support our growth strategies in Canada, we are looking for qualified candidate to join our Mobile Device Sales team. .</p><p>ZTE Canada Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to a diverse and talented workforce.</p><p>JOB SUMMARY:</p><p>The Sales Manager – Devices (covering both consumer and SMB segments) is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of ZTE devices within assigned accounts, including both sell-in and sell-through activities. This role is expected to achieve sales targets by developing and executing RFP responses, maintaining and growing corporate-level customer relationships, leading account planning, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The Sales Manager should also possess a general understanding of marketing principles and brand positioning, contributing to overall market strategy and customer engagement.</p><p>Reports directly to CEO of ZTE Canada Inc.</p><p>ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>· Achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.</p><p>· Develop and execute a strategic business plan for each assigned account.</p><p>· Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales growth from sell-in to sell-through stages.</p><p>· Present account performance and strategic plans to the leadership team, and coordinate executive-level meetings and events.</p><p>· Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across all relevant levels within target accounts.</p><p>· Evaluate the sales potential of assigned devices and assess the value of both existing and new product opportunities.</p><p>· Operate within approved budgets and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for all proposed initiatives and activities.</p><p>· Address client needs effectively while enhancing brand visibility, awareness, and customer loyalty.</p><p>· Maintain awareness of competitive marketing dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.</p><p>· Develop and manage Quarterly Account Plans that align with overall business goals.</p><p>· Maintain and update activity calendars to ensure meaningful and consistent engagement.</p><p>· Prepare and deliver timely reports, including monthly updates and bi-annual business reviews.</p><p>· Provide ongoing feedback regarding market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities or challenges.</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>· Proven sales experience with Canadian telecom carriers is essential; device sales experience to telecom carriers is strongly preferred. Prior employment at a Canadian carrier is considered an asset.</p><p>· Strong understanding of the Canadian retail market, with existing relationships with major distributors.</p><p>· Demonstrated strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.</p><p>· Open-minded and adaptable, with a genuine passion for innovation, growth, and learning.</p><p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard internet applications.</p><p>· Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.</p><p>· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all departments within assigned accounts.</p><p>· Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and brand development.</p><p>· Competent in general data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and support decision-making.</p><p>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor degree or higher is required</p></li><li><p>An understanding of the telecommunication technologies and wireless industry is essential</p></li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
