Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Identify trends and determine regional sales system improvements, local marketing tactics, sales forecast, and budgeting.
Identify new opportunities for growth focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain an understanding of Hardwood Giant and systems to effectively coach, influence, and respond to sales team and customer inquiries
Coordinate with the procurement department to improve product quality according to customer and market standards.
Devote time in the field with Sales Consultants observing and coaching effective selling techniques.
Coach Representatives to Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve team sales goals by motivating Inside Sales Representatives.
Travel to Hardwood Giant GTA locations on a regular basis to ensure stores are running at their best: Check for Cleanliness, Sales Staff activities, etc.
Prepare daily and weekly reports about Sales across stores.
Leverage available reporting tools and metrics to evaluate sales team performance and market response.
Manage performance appraisal procedure; set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales representatives.
Meet with sales representatives to review performance, progress, and targets.
Deliver deep performance reviews for each sales representative four times per year.
Coach individual sales representatives one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance.
