<p>Job</p><p>Seeking a unique individual to consistently provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients to support our promise of <em>Boat Insurance Made Easy</em></p><p>We are hiring for the following shift:</p><p>12:00pm to 8:00pm. - shift premium 10%</p><p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>Sales</p><ul><li>Sell policies to new and existing clients in accordance with approved processes</li><li>Address all inquiries from prospective clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner</li><li>Obtain all necessary details in order to properly rate the risk</li><li>Provide certificates of insurance to clients, dealers, and finance companies as requested</li></ul><p>Customer Service</p><ul><li>Identify, address and resolve client inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Review policies and report claims</li><li>Proactively communicate with clients regarding payment, gather required information, explain coverage changes and limitations</li><li>Obtain underwriting approval when needed</li></ul><p>Processing</p><ul><li>Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements in the appropriate systems in accordance with approved processes</li><li>Handle incoming paperwork and client requests in accordance with service level agreements</li><li>Maintain database of client information</li></ul><p>Email & Voicemail</p><ul><li>Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Follow up on outstanding documentation</li><li>Secure customer testimonials</li></ul><p>Other projects</p><ul><li>Projects as assigned by the management team</li><li>Attend courses to further work related education and complete job related self-development</li></ul><p>What you'll need</p><p>Education</p><ul><li>Post-secondary level education</li><li>RIBO license (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul><p>Communication</p><ul><li>excellent communication skills with clients and Company employees</li><li>communication with all employees and managers</li></ul><p>Computer Skills</p><ul><li>MS Office applications</li><li>In-house policy management systems</li><li>Company/Insurer management systems</li></ul><p>Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p><ul><li>Team player</li><li>Effective listening</li><li>Positive attitude</li><li>Multi-tasking</li><li>Organization/Time management</li><li>Problem solving</li></ul><p>Working Conditions</p><ul><li>Office environment</li></ul><p>Competencies</p><p>Organizational Commitment</p><p>Acts to support the company's mission and goals.
