They are hiring an Account Executive to manage to end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Use automation tools for lead identification, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Research and qualify leads in the software development industry.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
  • Nurture leads and build long-term relationships to foster trust and partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.
  • Provide product demos and effectively communicate the value of the product.
  • Track and report on sales metrics.
  • Optimize workflows and outreach strategies based on performance data.
  • Utilize CRM software for managing sales processes.


Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a sales role within the software development or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Expertise in lead list building and working with automation tools (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, Outreach.io, or similar)
  • Expertise in maintaining email infrastructure for optimized outbound engagement.
  • Strong research skills to uncover insights about prospects and their businesses.
  • Proficient in CRM management and reporting.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
