They are hiring an Account Executive to manage to end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Use automation tools for lead identification, segmentation, and engagement.
- Research and qualify leads in the software development industry.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
- Nurture leads and build long-term relationships to foster trust and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and value propositions.
- Provide product demos and effectively communicate the value of the product.
- Track and report on sales metrics.
- Optimize workflows and outreach strategies based on performance data.
- Utilize CRM software for managing sales processes.
Looking For:
- 3+ years in a sales role within the software development or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Expertise in lead list building and working with automation tools (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, Outreach.io, or similar)
- Expertise in maintaining email infrastructure for optimized outbound engagement.
- Strong research skills to uncover insights about prospects and their businesses.
- Proficient in CRM management and reporting.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
