<p>Job Overview<br><br>We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role is responsible for building and executing sales strategies, developing high-value client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with strong negotiation skills, market insight, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client visits.</li><li>Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.</li><li>Monitor market and competitive trends, providing actionable insights and counter-strategies to protect and expand market share.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to deliver market intelligence and refine sales strategies that maximize opportunities.</li><li>Lead, coach, and conduct quarterly performance reviews with sales team members to foster growth and accountability.</li><li>Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven sales success, preferably in business development, B2B solutions, or the glass/materials industry.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.</li><li>Undergraduate, or Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated success in outbound sales, business acquisition, and closing complex deals.</li><li>Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work independently while fostering team success.</li><li>Proficiency in additional languages is an asset but not required.</li></ul><p>Performance Metrics / Success Indicators:</p><ul><li>Performance Metrics / Success Indicators</li><li>Achievement of annual and quarterly sales revenue targets.</li><li>Growth in new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.</li><li>Client satisfaction and retention rates, as measured through feedback and repeat business.</li><li>Improvement in sales team performance, including individual goal attainment and professional development.</li><li>Timely and accurate delivery of market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.</li><li>Contribution to overall market share growth and alignment with company's long-term business objectives.</li></ul><p>Salary negotiable (Base salary + commission)</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><p>Work Location: On the road</p>Create Your Resume First
