<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>WHAT IS THE ROLE?</strong><br />Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate, guarantees consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.<br /><strong>HOW WILL YOU DO IT?</strong><br /></p><ul><li>You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.</li><li>You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.</li><li>You will protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and will report any violations to a supervisor.</li><li>You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.</li><li>You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.</li><li>You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.</li></ul><p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong><br />Your achievements:<br /></p><ul><li>We require a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.</li></ul><p>Your contribution:<br /></p><ul><li>You are naturally competitive and possess an outgoing and fun personality</li><li>You demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.</li><li>You have strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.</li><li>You have the capacity to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong><br />You’ll have an entire team in your corner, ensuring that you are seen, heard, respected, and treated the way you want to be treated.
