Sales Associate (Bramalea City Centre)

This role works a variety of shifts; including day shift, mid-shift and working weekends. Looking for mature candidates who want to grow a career in retail. They need open availability; no students and have selling experience.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Position Title: Sales Associate Reports to: Store Manager Supervises: Does not supervise associates

Description

Supports delivering sales plan through selling effectiveness and by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.

Selling Effectiveness:

• Consistently execute to the selling model
• Meet or exceed individual selling goals/expectations
• Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail

Telling The Brand Story:

• Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed

Operational Excellence:

• Abide by policies and procedures as directed
• Abide by Loss Prevention and safety messages in daily operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated exceptional selling skills and product knowledge
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed established individual sales goals
• Available for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.20 per hour
