Job Description
Capital Financial is a Canadian financial support platform offering credit building, financial relief, and mortgage preparation services through a membership-based app. We are currently hiring a Sales Advisor to work in person on a part-time basis.
This role focuses on handling inbound leads, understanding client needs, and guiding them toward the Capital Financial app where they can choose and enroll in the plan that fits them best.
This is not cold calling and not high-pressure sales. All leads are inbound.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Contacting new inbound leads via email and phone
Thanking clients for reaching out and asking qualifying questions
Understanding the clients goals (credit building, financial relief, mortgage planning)
Recommending the most suitable Capital Financial plan based on their needs
Explaining how the Capital Financial app works and directing clients to download it
Answering basic questions clearly and professionally
Following up with leads who need more information
Updating client status, notes, and progress in our internal system
Transferring enrolled clients to advisors once they join a program
Sales Advisors do not collect payments directly. All subscriptions are completed by the client inside the app.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email
Confident, clear, and professional communication skills
Ability to ask the right questions and explain options simply
Organized and able to manage multiple leads
Willing to follow structured workflows and scripts
Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal software
Performance Expectations
Handle a minimum of 20 inbound leads per day
Expected to convert leads into paid app members
High performers may handle up to 50 leads per day
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, in-person role
Monday Friday during business hours
Paid Ontario minimum wage
Plus $3 per paid client conversion
Additional performance bonuses for exceeding targets
