<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Sales and Operations Planning Manager $130-160K<br /></strong></p><p><br /></p><p>Join Kavin Group, A Savard Company - where your skills are valued!</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Lead monthly S&OP meetings across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain 6–12-month demand forecasts by SKU, channel, and region.</p></li><li><p>Translate demand into capacity and inventory plans, balancing service and cost.</p></li><li><p>Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply performance metrics.</p></li><li><p>Integrate regulatory requirements (e.g., TVPA, excise tax, packaging) into planning.</p></li><li><p>Support new product launches with forecasting and ramp-up planning.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with global supply chain and local market teams.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.</p></li><li><p>5+ years in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain in a regulated FMCG or health-related industry.</p></li><li><p>Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).</p></li><li><p>Experience working with regulated products (vaping, tobacco, cannabis, health products) preferred.</p></li></ul><p><br />Duration:</p><ul><li>Direct Hire</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>How to Apply:</p><ul><li>Apply & Receive offers NOW!
