Description
• Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
• Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
• Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions stakeholders and other subject matter experts
• Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
• Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process
• Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements (XX%)
• Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Public Sector Experience:
· years working in Public Sector in Health Care
· Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health information (PHI)
Training Skills:
· Design, development, and review of training documentation
· Extensive experience in providing end user customer service
· Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance
· Facilitates working group and information sessions
Management and Communication Skills:
· Proven track record for building strong working relationships
· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Ability to apply strong listening skills to effectively facilitate webinars
Management Information Systems (MIS/HRIS) Experience:
· Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client
· Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is desired
· Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired.
