<p>Description<br></p><p><br>• Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions<br></p><p><br>• Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance <br></p><p><br>• Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions stakeholders and other subject matter experts<br></p><p><br>• Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats<br></p><p><br>• Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process<br></p><p><br>• Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements (XX%)<br></p><p><br>• Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.<br></p><br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p>Skills<br></p><p>Experience and Skill Set Requirements<br></p><p>Public Sector Experience:<br></p><p>· years working in Public Sector in Health Care<br></p><p>· Knowledge of personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal health information (PHI)<br></p><p>Training Skills:<br></p><p>· Design, development, and review of training documentation<br></p><p>· Extensive experience in providing end user customer service<br></p><p>· Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance<br></p><p>· Facilitates working group and information sessions<br></p><p>Management and Communication Skills:<br></p><p>· Proven track record for building strong working relationships<br></p><p>· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills<br></p><p>· Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy to ensure client needs are managed effectively<br></p><p>· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills<br></p><p>· Ability to apply strong listening skills to effectively facilitate webinars<br></p><p>Management Information Systems (MIS/HRIS) Experience:<br></p><p>· Experience with MIS Solution Report modifications to meet the reporting needs of healthcare client<br></p><p>· Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is desired <br></p><p>· Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired.<br></p><p><b> </b> <br></p><p>MUST HAVES: <br></p><ul><li> Design, development, and review of training documentation<br></li><li>Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance<br></li></ul><p>Nice to Have: <br></p><ul><li> Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, MMS (Materials Management System) is desired <br></li><li> Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant application, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management and QSS modules is desired.<br></li></ul>
