<p><strong>RQ09703 - Sr. Business Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Guelph (Stone Rd)</strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote - or as required by the Client which may up to 5 days onsite.</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract 6+ months, 3 possible extension</strong></p> <p><strong>MUST-HAVES:</strong></p> <ul><li> Leads and conducts business analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined. These include use of <strong>UML </strong>in development of use cases, activity/sequence/state diagrams for capturing business process flows, workflows and documenting business, and system functional requirements.</li><li>Conducts business modelling; use case modelling; conceptual and logical data modelling; process and data flow modelling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for IT systems under implementation</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of<strong> Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) </strong>and related regulations and standards.</li></ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>Detailed business analysis knowledge and hands-on experience related to <strong>soil management systems </strong>will be an asset. </li><li><strong>Public sector </strong>experience</li></ul>
