Job Summary required Skills & Experience:
Required Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in a wireless environment
• iBwave tool certification (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Wireless Network (HSPA, LTE, 5G) functionality & elements
• Expertise in RAN capacity & KPIs
• Familiarity with Ericsson radio base station hardware
• Strong skills in data analysis, planning, budgeting, and cost estimation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design IBS systems using iBwave tool
• Analyze walk test data & network performance to assess IBS needs
• Prepare RF prediction models, link budgets & DAS test plans
• Plan & execute RF (Radio Frequency) tests (CW, PIM, interference analysis)
• Issue RF design documents & work orders
• Configure RF parameters & integrate new sites (UMTS/LTE/5G)
• Troubleshoot and optimize IBS systems for better user experience
• Maintain accurate project data and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams for smooth implementation
• Ensure no interference with other wireless carriers’ systems
