SkyVenn is seeking a skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Salesforce Consultant to join our dedicated team. As a Salesforce Consultant specializing in revenue operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your Salesforce expertise and drive impactful changes within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to design Salesforce solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct calls with clients to assess their needs, provide recommendations on best practices, and propose solution options.
- Manage project deliverables and coordinate the allocation of resources for successful implementation.
- Conduct customer training sessions and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements.
- Work closely with an architect or mentor during a 90-day ramp-up period to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Dedicate time to continuous skill development through both guided and self-directed learning initiatives.
- Attend the Toronto office quarterly for team collaboration and strategy sessions.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing role.
- 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including implementation projects.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Asana or Jira and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications, are required.
- Proven ability to configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and related applications to meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
